Chinedu is a member of the firm’s Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice and currently heads the Energy and Environment law Section of the Firm. In that capacity, he directly supervises and is involved in all contentious and non-contentious Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters of the Section. His experience cuts across diverse spectrum of litigation practice but with particular focus on Energy and Environment, Labour and Industrial Relations, Pre-Election and Election Disputes , Communications and Transport in respect of which he has appeared before superior Courts of records in Nigeria. He currently supervises cases involving major oil and gas multinationals before various Courts in the country.
