Esther has a sound grasp of the intersection between the ever-evolving technology and the law. An integral part of the Firm’s Corporate Commercial, Dispute Resolution, IP, Finance and Tech practice group, she focuses on the legal and business needs of her clients in connection with their technology, and intellectual property transactions, including structuring and negotiating such deals.
