Oreoluwa is a member of the Firm’s Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice. She is licensed to practice law in both New York State, USA and Nigeria. Her practice experience ranges from representing individuals, private corporations as well as public parastatals in all areas of financial litigation including but not limited to debt recovery, insolvency, debt equity finance and taxation. Oreoluwa has special interests in Arbitration, Commercial Practice, FinTech Law and International Law and has advised several blue-chip companies in the banking, taxation, insurance, and oil and gas sectors. She is equally passionate in Criminal law practice especially with rendering pro-bono services to indigent persons.
